I had a lovely stay at Bella Hotel in Istanbul, with its great location near the ferry port making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and attentive, always cleaning and ensuring everything was in place. However, I was disappointed with the elevator situation and the lack of a second room key, which made things a bit inconvenient during my stay.
